Article I.
Conditions and method of accommodation
- Only a guest who is duly registered for accommodation may be accommodated in the guesthouse. For this purpose, he/she shall present his/her identity card, passport or other valid identity document within the meaning of Act No. 253/1998 Coll. on the registration of the residence of citizens of the Slovak Republic in the population register of the Slovak Republic, as amended, and within the meaning of Act No. 363/2005 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.
- Every guest who is not a citizen of the Slovak Republic (foreigner) is obliged, within the meaning of Act No. 48/2002 Coll. on the stay of foreigners in its current version, fill out and hand over at the reception the official form on reporting the stay, presented to the client upon arrival by the reception staff, while all required data is required to be provided truthfully and completely.
- The guesthouse reserves the right in exceptional cases to offer the client accommodation other than that originally agreed, unless it differs significantly from the confirmed order.
- Based on the ordered accommodation, the guest can check in on the day of arrival between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Until this time, the guesthouse reserves the room for the guest, unless there was a different request in the order and the guesthouse confirmed it.
- If the guest requests an extension of the accommodation, the accommodation facility may also offer him another room in a different price range than the one in which he was originally accommodated.
- The guest shall check out of his stay no later than 10:00 a.m. He shall vacate the room by this time, unless otherwise agreed individually in advance. If the guest does not vacate the room by 11:00 a.m., the accommodation facility may charge him for the entire following day, unless otherwise agreed in advance. The room is considered vacated after the guest has removed all their belongings from the room, handed over the keys to the reception and notified the authorized employee of their check-out.
- A guest who checks in before 06:00 or insists on accommodation before 14:00 will pay the full price for the previous night, unless otherwise agreed upon individually in advance.
- Guests are required to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00. Only with the consent of the responsible employee or management, it is possible to organize social events after 22:00, in the designated areas.
- The guesthouse provides its guests with services to the extent mutually agreed upon. The guest pays for accommodation and services provided in accordance with the valid price list, usually at the end of the stay. This does not affect the payment terms based on accommodation contracts. The price list for temporary accommodation and other services is available at the guesthouse reception.
- The guesthouse reserves the right to request a deposit of 50% to 100% of the accommodation price from the guest when making a reservation. The reservation becomes binding for the guesthouse only after receiving the advance payment to the guesthouse’s account.
- In the event of a client shortening their stay, the guesthouse has the right to charge the client the full amount of the agreed price for the entire length of the stay.
- The guesthouse is entitled to charge the following cancellation fees if the guest cancels their reservation in writing, electronically or by fax within the following periods:
- More than 28 days before arrival, no fee
- 28 to 15 days before arrival, 25% of the accommodation price
- 14 to 8 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation price
- 7 to 3 days before arrival, 75% of the accommodation price
- Less than 2 days before arrival 100% of the accommodation price
Article II.
Responsibility of the accommodation facility and the client
- The guesthouse is not liable for damage caused to items brought and left by the client in the hotel.
- The guesthouse is liable for valuables and money only if they were taken into custody based on a confirmation in the hotel safe. The guesthouse is liable for jewelry, money and other valuables only up to €331.94
- The guest is liable for damage caused to the property of the accommodation facility according to applicable regulations. The guest as a responsible representative for damages caused by minors for whom he is responsible, as well as for damages caused by persons and animals that are in the premises of the accommodation facility and whose stay was allowed by the guest.
- In the event of damage caused by the client to the property of the guesthouse, the client is obliged to pay compensation for the damage caused no later than the day of the end of the client’s stay or based on an invoice issued within 14 days of the end of the client’s accommodation, payable within 10 days of the date of its delivery to the client, provided that the guesthouse decides on such a method of payment of compensation for damages.
- In the event that the client refuses to pay the price for the damaged, or destroyed the guesthouse equipment in accordance with the conditions of points 3 and 4 of this article, the guesthouse is entitled to charge the client a contractual penalty of 0.05% per day of the amount owed for each day of delay, together with interest on delay in the amount set by generally binding legal regulations.regulations.
- The guest is obliged to act in a way that prevents damage to health, property, nature and the environment. As part of prevention, the guest will keep the entrance door locked even during their stay in the facility. Before opening the door to strangers, he/she checks the reason for their request to enter the accommodation area and, in case of doubts about the validity of such a request, immediately contacts the reception.
- The guesthouse is not responsible for theft or damage to motor vehicles left in the parking lot at the guesthouse.
- The guesthouse is not responsible for any damage caused to the client outside the hotel premises.
Article III:
Food and sale of alcoholic beverages
- The client is obliged to inform the guesthouse staff of any serious health restrictions or dietary restrictions and report these restrictions to the hotel reception or the head of the sales center – restaurant.
- The guesthouse staff is entitled to refuse to sell or serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 years and persons obviously under the influence of alcohol.
Article IV.
General provisions
- A restaurant is reserved for receiving visits from accommodated guests. Visitors may be received in the room where the guest is accommodated only with the consent of the responsible employee or the management of the guesthouse from 8:00 to 22:00. The guesthouse employee is not authorized to provide any information about accommodated guests to third parties (with the exception of police officers after they have presented their identification and proven justification for requesting this information) or to allow a third party to visit the guest without his or her consent. Failure to report a visit constitutes a serious violation of the guesthouse regulations. The guesthouse considers the person to be a guest and will charge them or the guest for accommodation according to the price list.
- In the room and public areas of the guesthouse, the guest may not move interior furnishings, make any changes or modifications to the guesthouse’s equipment, or interfere with the electrical network or other installations without the consent of the responsible employee or the guesthouse management.
- Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances in the accommodation. This restriction does not apply to the use of electrical appliances installed in the room or portable electrical devices (razor, charger, etc.)
- In the event of a fire, the guest is obliged to follow the instructions of the responsible personnel (in accordance with the fire evacuation plan) upon the arrival of the fire protection unit, the instructions of the commander of the intervention.
- For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under 12 years of age without adult supervision in the premises of the guesthouse. In the event of damage, the person with whom the child is registered for stay at the guesthouse V un svete and who is responsible according to the law is responsible for the child.
- Guests are not allowed to bring items into the room for storage, for which the guesthouse has allocated another place. The guest informs the reception about the storage of these things.
- Smoking in the rooms, apartments and throughout the entire guesthouse is strictly prohibited. In case of violation of this prohibition, the guesthouse has the right to charge a fine of €100.
- In the event of illness or injury of the client, the accommodation facility will report the request for medical assistance or transport to the hospital to the relevant health facility.
- Dogs and other animals may be in the guesthouse premises only with the consent of the responsible employee or the guesthouse management, provided that the owner proves their good health. The price for accommodation of the animal is charged according to the individual agreement between the client and the owner or authorized employee. The following measures apply to the accommodation of dogs and other animals:
- Dogs and other animals are prohibited from entering and staying in other areas where food is stored and prepared, or where food or drinks are served.
- Every dog must have a basket in all public areas of the guesthouse
- Dogs and other animals must not be allowed to rest – lie on a bed or other equipment that serves as a guest’s rest
- Inventory that serves to prepare or serve food to guests must not be used to feed animals
- In the event of damage to the equipment by an animal, the guest is obliged to pay the full amount of the damage. The animal owner and the guest who allowed the animal to stay in the room are fully responsible for the animal.
- The guesthouse charges €30.00 per item for the loss of a room card (including recoding the card).
- In the event of a defect, the guest is obliged to report it immediately to the reception.
- The parking lot belonging to the guesthouse is free of charge and is not guarded. The guesthouse is not responsible for theft or damage to motor vehicles. We recommend that guests make sure that their cars are properly locked and secured. Do not leave loose personal items in the car.things
- The client may not carry weapons and ammunition in the premises of the guesthouse, or otherwise store them in a condition that allows for their immediate use
- Complaints from guests, or possible comments and suggestions for improving the activities of the accommodation facility are accepted by the guesthouse management
- The guest and the accommodation facility are obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules, which are binding on both parties in full. In the event that the guest violates any of the provisions of the accommodation rules, the accommodation facility management has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of temporary accommodation services before the agreed time expires and without the guest being entitled to a refund.
- The guest agrees to the management, processing and storage of his personal data in the guesthouse V inom svete. The provision of data is voluntary and without consequences, with the proviso that these data may be processed for any needs of the above-mentioned company within the meaning of Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data. Consent is given for an indefinite period of time pursuant to Section 20, Paragraph 3 of the aforementioned Act and may be revoked in writing at any time.
